APRIL MEETING Director Steve Lindhorst called the April 19, 2009 State of Ohio BTW Meeting to order at 2:10p.m. 49 members in attendance.
Jan. 2009 meeting minutes were read and accepted. Treasury report was given, with the finalizing of the old account to the new Director, with the; the Treasury books are available for each member.
Plans for the 21st Ohio Trike In were as follows and accepted by members in attendance: Fri.night meet and greet, and entertainment, will be hosted by NEO. Sat. night meet and greet will be hosted by NWO. Dirty Dave will be supplying the meat and eggs for Sat. morning breakfast as always. Sat. night dinner will be pot luck with Ohio supplying the meat from our treasury. Each Chapter has been asked and agreed to supply the baskets for our raffle.
All members agreed they would like to have the "Jail" again, naming it "Buckwheat's Jail" in his honor.
Our former Director's Cabinet have resigned and Director Steve Lindhorst has taken names of those interested in the positions of Road Captain, Sergeant at Arms, Assistant to the Director, and Secretary(altho Barb says she will help out as she is able).
Marc Tyler, was nominated and carried as the new Director for Columbus area. Welcome Marc!
We welcome new members Brad and Cindy Pressacen.
Ohio Directors report: NEO had a successful chili cook off and lots of fun.
NCO will be having their 2nd anniversary next month. SWO-RR are sorry there have been some members undergoing medical issues but are doing well. NWO will be having a new election for a Director as Steve will be directing his energies to the State.
Various activities were mentioned by both NEO and Barb and scheduled rides are posted on the Web Site. Contact your Directors for information.
Linda sent our Ohio patch, designed by Buckwheat, to Oklahoma for a blanket they raffling to help the Burn Camp.
The next meeting is May 17th, with lunch at the Hungry Bear at 1:00p.m. and meeting at 2p.m.

MAY MEETING May 17th, 2009 Ohio State Meeting came to order with State Director Steve presiding, at 2:10p.m. with 40 members present.
Secretary's minutes from last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer's report was given with Disbursements of $10.00 to Office Max and $125 to MC Leather with the ending balance of $381.00.
Old business: July Trike In: Mutton Hollow will donate the use of their grill again, Kat of River Riders will help with cooking and other items. Everyone is working on their baskets.
New Business: Each Chapter should hold a State Meeting. NWO's will be in June 21, on Rt. 2, Jerusalem Twp by the Sheriffs Station in Curtice Ohio. July's meeting will be held at the Trike In. August meeting is at Kat's in Cincinnati. Septembers meeting will be at Bob Pence's in Medina. Octobers meeting will be at Mutton Hollows. Directions will follow on the Forum, or by contacting your Directors.
The Directors reports: Kat, River Riders said they are doing runs. Theresa, NWO had a parade, and yard sale. Bruce, NEO will be having their meeting June 14, at Mick's Place in Kent. Bruce presented the 1st place trophy from the Loyalty Day Parade for Ohio. Marc remains open for his Chapter in Columbus and needs his eight members.
State Director, Steve stated he had chosen the following: Mark Barwick, Road Capt., Hillbilly Jim, Sergeant at Arms, Theresa Tussing, Assistant Director, and the Secretary position is still pending.
Waco is in stable condition in Cleveland and will be having surgery.
Welcome Dane, member for a year, from Bellefontaine.
Linda says the Ride for Kids will be June 7th at Rocky River High School. Another Ride for Kids will be July 25th at Marysville. Be sure to mention you are BTW members. Centurion Poker Run is August 9th. Hattie Larham Center for Children with Disabilities run is July 26th. Barb won the 50/50
