Our current bassets in residence are Penelope and Luci.
There is nothing quite like being 'owned' by a basset. The love and personality they exhibit is phenomenal, not to mention the lovely serenades they provide.
Like most of the bassets in our lives, they arrived via San Diego Basset Rescue. We've been involved with the rescue organization for several years now...we've even fostered a few of the pups.
